Since 1980 Wildwood has offered thousands of children and adults opportunities to explore the wonders of the outdoors. As a non-profit educational organization, Wildwood is committed to the needs of our region. Our Vision is to offer all children the chance to experience the wonders of living and learning in the outdoors. Our Mission is to provide high quality experiential outdoor learning to all diverse groups in our region, immersing children in a unique environment that encourages social interaction and stimulates learning.

Wildwood is a chance of a lifetime for children of all backgrounds to come together for a week of outdoor fun and learning in a non-competitive setting. Boys and girls discover the best in summer camping, from swimming and campfire cooking to nature studies, our program offers a safe, residential camp experience, right outside the Kansas City area.
