A camp for Every Girl Everywhere

Camp Catch-A-Rainbow was developed in 1986 for children who have or have had cancer. The intent is to allow kids with cancer to have a “normal” camping experience. The needs of the child come first yet enjoying the camp games, sports, activities, songs and comradery are a close second!

Health care professionals volunteer their time and are available 24 hours a day during the camp.

Most medical treatments, with the exception of radiation therapy, can be done at camp or at a nearby cancer center.

Founded in 1918, Storer is a leader in Summer Resident, Outdoor Environmental Education and Specialty Camping programs. We have recently invested millions into our world- class facility. Our stunningly beautiful 1200-acre campus includes 800 acres of natural surroundings with 15 unique ecosystems including a spring fed 240-acre lake. Have your child join us for one or two weeks, and learn a new skill, gain new confidence and make friends for a lifetime. Examples of the exciting adventures at camp are horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, snorkeling, archery, pellet targets, high tower climbing, high and low ropes adventures.
