We are a YMCA day and residential camp that serves approximately 125 kids weekly throughout the summer. During the shoulder seasons, connecting with current and recruiting prospective schools to participate in field trips for the spring and fall months. This position oversees a full-time program director and approximately 30-35 seasonal staff. Must have at least served as a residential camp director for 4+ years, working at an ACA accredited camp, and be at least 25 years of age. Salary range is $50,000 -$60,000
