There’s something special, something different, something extraordinary about Camp Kawaga. It’s what has made this home-away-from-home not only one of the country's premier boys summer camps, but something so much more. It’s the spirit and the culture, the friendships and the life lessons. And, of course, the fun! It’s about being Kawaga.

Camp Kawaga for boys offers a balanced, well-rounded program. Yes, we love to play all kinds of sports and games, but you don't have to be an athlete to succeed at Kawaga. It’s about participating, developing skills, and having fun. We offer more than 100 athletic and nonathletic activities, including a full tripping program.

Each summer offers new programming and timeless favorites. Special programs include the Boundary Waters trips for our CITs, the multi-camp socials, Kawaga Spectacular, Blue-Gold Cup, and the All-Night Treasure Hunt. And, for nearly 50 years we’ve proudly hosted a highly regarded ski tournament and sailing regatta. With over 100 years of tradition, Kawaga has continually evolved to provide exceptional experience that families trust and love.

Kawaga’s cornerstones of Spirit, Sportsmanship, Fellowship, and Enthusiasm are at the center of everything we do. Our goal is for each boy to have the best summer of his life, while continuing to learn life’s most valuable skills. It takes only a single summer to appreciate the “Kawaga Magic”, but its impact will last a lifetime.
