Since 1942, Buck's Rock Performing and Creative Arts Camp has offered teenagers, ages 11-17, extraordinary opportunities, facilities, materials and instruction in the performing and creative arts. Theater, Music, Audio Recording Engineering, Dance, Improvisation, Video, Glassblowing, Metalsmithing, Sculpture, Woodworking, Painting, Printmaking, Ceramics and Fiber Arts are just some of our featured activities.

Buck's Rock’s unique freedom of choice program allows campers to dedicate themselves whole-heartedly to activities that truly inspire them, allowing them to feel fulfilled and self-empowered. They learn important decision-making and time-management skills, becoming more confident and self-reliant.

With guidance from our staff, our campers spend their time wisely and productively and make good choices for themselves, while enjoying our professionally equipped studios and highly qualified instructors. Campers gain strong values such as trust, tolerance and integrity, and learn important virtues such as responsibility and commitment.

Buck’s Rock’s non-competitive teaching and learning environment allows campers to expand themselves and grow in immeasurable ways. Every summer we witness triumphs and achievements that are profoundly life changing to our campers' personal growth, future endeavors, aspirations and achievements. Our campers’ struggles, disappointments and setbacks equally become life lessons and learning experiences as valuable as any of their many triumphs while at camp.

Located on 25 wooded acres, Camp Rocky Craig offers a general camp experience with themed programs. Optional overnight per session. Bus transportation available

Camp Candlewood is no longer operating a summer camp program on the camp property. However, Camp Candlewood is available for rentals and user groups.
